Spring is right around the corner (and maybe for some of our lucky friends who live in places warmer than Utah it is already upon you!) -- this is the time of year where we are ready to get outside, start up our walking or running routines, become more active with our children and families, and just generally add more physical activity to our lives.
One of my favorite "get up and go" routines for spring is the addition of some new apparel for my activities. No matter where you live, spring is the perfect time for a new jacket or light weight long pant. This spring, we have introduced our New Wasatch Series -- what makes this group of apparel so unique is the lightweight, soft, breathable fabrics combined with sporty style that can be worn for just about any of your activities. We've added jackets and pants on our silky soft Impact Micro-Poly fabrics (see the carbon and black colors in the Wasatch Series) and they are the perfect weight for this time of year. Whether I am running errands, running kids around, heading for a fitness class at the gym, or going out for an afternoon jog, I feel better when I am in apparel that looks good and is totally comfortable.
So give yourself a "pick me up" this spring with the addition of a fun new jacket, long pant, or sporty capri. Trust me, your body will thank you for it!

Product of the Week: RAGLAN RUN TOP
Cold winter morning, light snow but the air is clear. I’m meeting a friend for a run in 15 minutes so I quickly decide the right layering for the weather. I hate to be cold, but I hate to be hot once I warm up after 10 minutes or so. Today, I pick out my Impact Fitnes "Raglan Run Top" and slide it over a base layer tank. Just enough to give my core some extra heat. One of the things I love about this particular running top are the cool thumbholes -- they protects my hands a little more than gloves alone.
I head out the door and the run is great. Friend time, fitness time, and time to get in touch with nature. Can’t start a day better than that!
